oh Brian.

Since the end of October Brody has been talking about Brian Regan. He wanted tickets so bad! So I told him I would look into it. Instead, I asked my step mom to get them for him for Christmas and she was able to get some from her work.
When I told Brody the price had started going up and some shows were sold out, I could tell he was very upset even though he didn't say he was. it was KILLING me to keep this a secret.
Then the day after Christmas, he opened his envelope and was grinning from ear to ear. He was SO happy. Thanks Mary!
We had no idea where our tickets were until we got there. 12th row dead center. They were perfect! The night was way fun.
A little side note- For thsoe of you who don't know, I attract the "weirdies" wherever I go. Movies, concerts, Jazz games, you name it. They will be sitting right next to me. Well this night wasn't any different. There was this guy sitting by me with 2 empty seats next to him (of course he couldn't scoot his boot over one chair to give us a little breathing room). He was alone and laughing so hard at EVERY little word said he probably peed his pants 3 times, he would clap his hands and throw his head back he was laughing that hard. Brian was way funny but come one, he wasn't THAT funny...Right? That was the only damper of the night.

He's SO cute and was defiently the star of the weekend. My mom and I and Dad and Mary made our way to St. George for his blessing. It was a great warm weekend. Thanks Erin and Tyler for having us!

All about Christmas

Where oh where do I begin? This month was full of fun which you will see on the next posts after this one. Seeing the lights at temple square, eating at the roof, having the Christensen's here in Utah, Christmas, being with family, moving into our home, Hosting Christmas Eve and Christmas, and eating lots and lots and lots of delicious food.
I am now at 24 weeks and we just had our targeted ultrasound and she is growing perfectly with no complications. We were nervous about this appoiontment and very happy everything was going great. We got to see her in 3D too. My sister thinks she looks like Brody (I can't really tell yet). We're happy and healthy and hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Years!

Home Owners!

This picture deserves it's very own post. After 2 weeks of delaying us on signing papers, Wells Fargo finally got our papers done and ready to sign. *Note to reader- don't ever move into a home 2 days before Christmas*

Of course we had to make a few stops to this magical place! That's right I said a few, a grand total of 4 times to be exact. 1. Work party at the Lion House 2. With friends 3. Eating at the Roof with Dad and Mary and her family 4. With family-where we met this little old lady from Germany or Russia.. she ended up being my mom :)

New Years Eve

New Years Eve was delightful this year. I can't believe how many people made it over to my Moms for the party-about 20+. We met both of my cousins future spouses :) (they're not engaged yet but I can feel it coming) We also ate yummy soups and EVERYTHING everybody brought, tour it up on Just Dance with Stef, enjoyed everyones company, and got my New Years Kiss! After midnight everyone left and the Christensens were leaving in a few hours. So of course me, Brody, and Stef had to play a round of Ticket to Ride which ended about 2 am and her car was leaving at 7 am. It was so worth it to saty up right?
